Welcome to my review of No Way Back by Kelly Florentia. I'm sorry I haven't posted the cover but I've written this on my phone and have never figured out how to.

What I Say:

Well, we do I begin? I was really excited to read this as Kelly and I have become friends online. It can be difficult to read a book by someone you know as sometimes you don't love the book but you don't want to say and hurt their feelings. I can assure you, that is not the case here. I 100% loved No Way Back!

Audrey Fox (Foxy) is such a brilliant character! She is feisty, strong, loyal, funny, sassy and sweet. She begins the story confused and broken and I was worried about her. She has one hell of a bumpy ride but she is not one to give up. She fights hard for what she wants, what she believes is right. She trusts when others say she's crazy, she loves with her whole being and she follows her heart.

I don't want to go too much into the other characters because I don't want to spoil anything. Just know that things aren't always as they seem. And things happen for a reason. Audrey has a lot to figure out on her journey, but she gets there (in style, look out forher amazing shoes!)

This book is just awesome! I can't wait to pass it on to my friends, they will love it!!! 9/10

Blog Tour Stop with Review of A Truth For A Truth by Carol Wyer

  First off, I must apologise to Zoe and Carol. My blog tour stop was yesterday, and somehow my post got lost in the ether. I didn't notice until today, as thr hubby hasn't been well, and my time has been taken up with my dogs and caring for hubs. So, a day late and pared down from my original post due to lack of time, here is my review of A.Truth For A Truth by the wonderful Carol Wyer. Review: What can I say?? Any book by Carol Wyer is going to be a hit in my opinion, and this is no exception. DI Kate Young is a flawed character who is full of heart and humility. I think she's been dealt a shit hand in life, and struggles to figure out her path. Traumas and dramas, untrustworthy men, and unstable mental health make her slightly difficult to bond with sometimes. But still, I care a lot about her wellbeing. This installment of her series is really compelling, and an interesting take on a "who dunnit". More of a "who will they THINK dunnit"! I loved that!
